Mr. Jeon Geon-woo has devoted his life to research on generating and stabilizing high-energy small molecule cluster activated water. His method follows the bionic principle of nature’s water cycle, imitating water’s passage between liquid and gas. Using sound, light, magnetism, waves and electricity, and combining filtration, heating, cooling, selection and retention of the minerals the body needs, mixing and containment, strong-magnet solidification and acoustic-optical induction, it produces ultra-fine (around 50 Hz), high-energy, oxygen-rich small molecule cluster living water (cell water) that stays stable for three years without reverting.

A renowned Chinese hydrogeologist, senior counsellor to the State Council, senior advisory expert of the China Geological Survey and a member of the 9th National Committee of the CPPCC. He has served as an adjunct professor and doctoral supervisor at institutions including China University of Mining and Technology and Ocean University of China. He is also an honorary council member of the Geological Society of China and chief advisor to the China Mineral Water Association.

Counsellor Wang was the first in China to carry out groundwater quality simulation experiments, built China’s first groundwater quality model and introduced mathematical simulation into hydrogeology. He was named a “Master of Exploration” in 2004, and works he co-compiled and finalized, including “Environmental Hydrogeology” and “Urban Geology of China,” have been leading references at home and abroad. He is now chief scientist of Beijing Blingme Water Technology Co., Ltd.

Member of the national work safety expert group; head of the “Water Hazard Prevention Expert Group” of the National Mine Safety Administration; council member of the Geological Society of China; vice chair of the China National Committee of the International Association of Hydrogeologists (IAH); standing council member of the Mine Environmental Protection and Governance Committee of the China Mining Association; deputy director of the Hydrogeology Committee of the Geological Society of China; deputy director of the Mine Water Hazard Prevention Committee of the China Coal Society; deputy director of the Water Hazard Prevention and Equipment Branch of the Coal Mine Safety Standardization Technical Committee.

At the 12th International Mine Water Association (IMWA) congress, he, representing China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing), was elected to the association’s executive committee, becoming one of only two Asians elected to it so far. He is associate editor of the international SCI journal “Mine Water and the Environment.” He was a valid candidate in the Chinese Academy of Engineering’s academician elections for Energy and Mining Engineering in 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2015, advanced to the second round on 12 June 2015, and became an academician of that division in December 2015.

Professor Li Fuxing is a well-known water nutrition scientist and a pioneer of water physiology in China. He was head of the nutrition laboratory at the Beijing Nutrition Source Research Institute and is now director of the Beijing IDM Biotechnology Research Institute, director of the Healthy Drinking Water Committee of the China Medical Promotion Association, and president of the World Water Culture Research Society.

Since the early 1990s Professor Li has devoted himself to research on water nutrition, physiology and healthy drinking water. He has published more than 40 papers at home and abroad and translated more than 3 million characters. His main works on water include “Water: Medicine or Poison?”, “Good Water in China”, “Water, the Forgotten Nutrient” and “The Best Way to Drink Water: A+B”, and he edited the summit forum collection “Water and Culture.”
